San Francisco Distilling Co. began in 2014 with a vision: to make a distinctive American Whiskey. Founder and CEO, Jeff Jones had always deeply respected the history and tradition of whiskey-making around the world, but sought to make something entirely new and San Francisco Distilling Co. was born.

At the time, there were a handful of craft distilleries in California. Today, San Francisco Distilling Co. has positioned itself to be at the forefront of American whiskey making and other premium spirits.

From humble beginnings to its impressive footprint today, creating a bold, robust, and delicious whiskey has remained the team’s true passion. For more than a decade, we’ve proudly served as a leading voice for American Whiskey.
